Daily tours to see wild ponies operate 7 days a week May 17th- Oct. 11th
  Pony Watching Cruises, Birdwatching Tours and Sunset Cruises depart from Chincoteague Island, VA. (Driving Directions) where you will discover hidden Assateague as we explore the boarders of Assateague Island's wildlife refuge, Chincoteague and beautiful secluded areas of this coastal environment.
There are 2 ways to make a reservation. Please follow one of the procedures below. An advanced reservation is required.
Join our tours!!
Spring Call Center hours: 2pm-9pm

1. Call (757) 336-5956 or 1-866-PONY SWIM (Toll Free) to hold a reservation by credit card for any one or more of the tours that are offered daily.

 

2. Call or EMAIL us and ask for tour availability and then print the form below and mail it with payment by Check or Money Order. Make it payable to Assateague Explorer. We should recieve your payment within 7 days after the reservation over the phone or by email. Please add 5% tax to your total.
